Six steps, start to finish
To keep it concrete, every step below follows the same example idea: an online shop where a short quiz recommends branded shirts by style, size, and budget.

Describe
Tell us what you want to build
Type your idea the way you'd say it out loud, then tap through seven quick questions, one per screen: what you're building, who it's for, what people should be able to do, whether money changes hands, and roughly how many people will use it. Every option has a plain-English explanation one tap away, so you never have to guess what a term means. If your idea leaves something important open, we ask at most two short follow-up questions, and never about budget or timeline.
- Plain English is perfect. No specs, no tech-speak, no forms to fight.
- Seven quick questions, most answered with a single tap.
- At most two follow-up questions, and only if your idea needs them.
- Free, about two minutes, and no account needed to start.

Watch your plan assemble itself
Your plan streams in live. Over the next minute or so you watch its sections light up as they're written: feature modules, build phases, the system map, the user journey, screens and areas, a kickoff checklist, and the risks worth watching. Plans are built from a real library of quote items refined over hundreds of scoped projects, not from a generic template.
- Takes up to a minute, streamed to your screen as it's written.
- Every feature scoped like a real quote line item.
- Three build phases: a lean first version, then what comes after.
- Drawn from a real quote library, not a boilerplate template.

Understand
Read it without a translator
Every module describes itself in plain sentences, then lists four to eight concrete bullets of exactly what gets built: the screens, the flows, the moving parts. Technical terms are underlined in the text; click one and the glossary opens right beside the plan with a plain definition and an everyday analogy. An at-a-glance dashboard charts the whole build, and a phase filter lets you view just the lean first version.
- Click any underlined term for a definition and an everyday analogy.
- "What gets built here": concrete bullets under every module.
- Filter to Phase 1 and see only the lean first version.
- An at-a-glance dashboard: modules, phases, and integrations, charted.

Shirt quiz & matching
A five-question quiz narrows the catalogue by style, size, and budget. Answers are matched against each shirt's tags in the database, and results load instantly through an API.
Glossary · API
A structured way for two pieces of software to ask each other for things.
Like a waiter carrying orders between your table and the kitchen.

Price
See what every piece costs
No black-box pricing. Every module carries an estimate of the AI tokens needed to build it, and the math is one visible formula: tokens times $1,500 per million, which is $50 of AI usage plus $1,450 of engineering to ship production-ready code. A "Why?" expander on every module shows the line-by-line breakdown behind its number, and the whole plan rolls up into one project total.
- Every module shows its tokens and price, with a "Why?" breakdown.
- One open formula, printed right in the plan: tokens × $1,500 / million.
- A typical 14 to 18 module product lands in the $10k to $15k range.
- Estimates price a fully custom build. You own 100% of the code.

Shape
Shape it until it fits
Your plan is a living document, not a printout. Edit any text, reorder modules, move them between phases, or delete what you don't need, and the estimate re-prices instantly with pure arithmetic, no AI involved. Or just tell the built-in chat what to change: it proposes a revision, highlights exactly what moved, and you accept or discard it. Every save becomes a version you can restore later.
- Trim, reword, and reorder freely; the price updates as you go.
- Chat your changes: "Add a favourites list", "Remove the admin panel".
- Ask it questions too, like "Do I really need an API?"
- Full version history, with one-click restore to any earlier version.
