   Read it without a translator

   Every module describes itself in plain sentences, then lists four to eight concrete bullets of exactly what gets built: the screens, the flows, the moving parts. Technical terms are underlined in the text; click one and the glossary opens right beside the plan with a plain definition and an everyday analogy. An at-a-glance dashboard charts the whole build, and a phase filter lets you view just the lean first version.

   No black-box pricing. Every module carries an estimate of the AI tokens needed to build it, and the math is one visible formula: tokens times $1,500 per million, which is $50 of AI usage plus $1,450 of engineering to ship production-ready code. A "Why?" expander on every module shows the line-by-line breakdown behind its number, and the whole plan rolls up into one project total.

Edit any text, reorder modules, move them between phases, or delete what you don't need, and the estimate re-prices instantly with pure arithmetic, no AI involved.
